The Addison Hotel is a well-kept hotel. The hotel offers excellent breakfasts. The personnel are very polite. There is a great selection of goodies for breakfast. The hotel has an excellent setting adjacent to several restaurants, the Dallas market, and about 300 plus bars and restaurants in the area. It is just a 15-minute walk from Addison Circle Park.

Breakfast was fair… location was ok
The entire hotel needs upgraded and cleaned. My room was fair but their carpets are filthy. In the halls, carpets were bunched up, a huge fall hazard. The young man at the front desk was playing on an electronic device. Didn’t like being bothered.
